for granting access to cryptocurrency trading automation software

The Service Provider (hereinafter the "Provider") offers any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "User") to conclude an agreement on the following terms:

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer.
1.2. Full acceptance occurs upon:
 • registration on the website;
 • topping up the internal balance in BUSX and payment for access;
 • actual use of the Service.
1.3. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive paid license to access cloud-based software (the "Service") for automating trading of digital assets on third-party exchanges via API keys provided by the User.
2.2. The Service is not a broker, exchange, depository, or investment advisor. The Provider does not hold, withdraw, accept, or manage the User's funds or assets.
2.3. Trading is executed only on exchanges authorized by the User. The Provider transmits orders/signals solely based on the User's instructions and API keys.

3. API Key Requirements

3.1. API keys must be restricted to:
 • reading balance and history;
 • placing, modifying, canceling orders;
 • transfers within the same exchange account only (no external withdrawals).
3.2. Keys with withdrawal permissions are prohibited. Detection results in immediate access block without refund.
3.3. The User is fully responsible for API key security and configuration.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Provider provides access upon payment and maintains Service operability as described.
4.2. The User must use correct restricted API keys, bear all trading risks, and comply with applicable laws.

5. Payment and Currency

5.1. Access cost is shown in internal currency BUSX.
5.2. Payment is made solely by debiting BUSX from the User's balance on the website.
5.3. The User independently tops up BUSX via third-party crypto payment services. The Provider does not receive or process crypto directly.
5.4. Access is provided for the paid subscription period.

6. Risk Disclaimer

6.1. Cryptocurrency trading carries extremely high risk of total loss.
6.2. No profit is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future performance.
6.3. The Provider is not liable for losses from technical issues, market factors, hacking, or User errors.
6.4. Liability is limited to the BUSX amount paid for the last period.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. All rights to the Software belong to the Provider (limited personal-use license granted).
7.2. Access may be blocked for suspected legal violations.
7.3. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or in the competent court (as per applicable law).
7.4. The Provider may update this offer (price changes with prior notice).
7.5. The User confirms being 18+, fully capable, and understanding all crypto risks.
